The NOPD arrested Jacobie White (DOB: 03-13-1999) in connection with drug and gun possession charges stemming from an incident that occurred in the 11900 block of Hayne Boulevard on December 19, 2017.
At about 9:31 p.m., Seventh District detectives conducted a stop on a subject later identified as White for possible loitering or trespassing at the location. During the stop, a search of Clark revealed him to be in possession of a handgun and 42 individually wrapped packages of crack cocaine. Detectives also learned that White was wanted in a simple assault domestic incident.
White was arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for illegal carrying of a weapon, illegal carrying of a weapon while in possession of narcotics and possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as bring arrested for the outstanding simple assault warrant.
