The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying an unknown male subject who was seen removing property from a porch on Breakwater Drive.
The incident happened on November 22, 2017. At around 11:58 p.m., an unknown subject was captured on surveillance video using a white Cadillac to remove property from the victim’s porch in the 7700 block of Breakwater Drive.
