Surveillance Video Captures Suspects Wanted in Armed Robbery

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating two male subjects after they were seen committing an armed robbery at a gas station on December 21, 2017.

The incident occurred in the 3300 block of Tulane Avenue. The victim, an employee of the gas station, told police that at about 10:35 p.m., she observed two unknown black males--- one of which was armed with a handgun--- enter the store. The victim said the armed subject pointed the gun at her and instructed her to open the cash register drawer. The victim complied, and the subjects took the cash drawer and its contents, as well as a pack of cigarettes.

Both suspects then fled the scene in a dark-colored pickup truck down Jefferson Davis Parkway toward Canal Street.
