The NOPD is searching for a subject in First District felony theft.
The NOPD is searching for Kian Taylor “aka” Kian Cobb (DOB: 03-06-1981).
Taylor is wanted for one count of felony theft and one count of access device fraud under.
On November 13, 2017, Taylor was seen on surveillance video stealing the victim’s purse from a business on Saint Bernard Avenue.
The wanted subject was later captured on surveillance using the victims stolen debit card at a local clothing outlet.
