UPDATE: Both Arthur Johnston and a juvenile male suspect are in custody in connection with this incident. The juvenile male was turned in by his mother and is now in police custody at the juvenile detention center, while Arthur Johnson turned himself in to Second District officers.

ORIGINAL RELEASE: The NOPD Second District is searching for a juvenle male (DOB: 11/20/2003) for making terrorizing threats on school grounds, and officers are also looking to locate his father, Arthur Johnston (DOB: 09/03/1965), who has made efforts to prevent his son from being arrested.

The incident started on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Second District officers received a call for service from an area school regarding a student making threats toward the school.
