New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for robbery by purse snatching.
According to investigators, around 3:15 p.m. on August 10, 2026 in the 2000 block of South Claiborne Avenue the elderly victim was in her halted vehicle when the pictured suspect illegally entered the vehicle via the front passenger door and snatched the victim's purse before fleeing on foot.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
