New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for attempted armed robbery, armed kidnapping, aggravated assault (domestic), violation of protective orders, and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Wanted is Ferdinand Robinson (pictured), Black male, DOB 05/08/1974.
According to investigators, around 2:09 p.m. on August 26, 2024 in the 3200 block of Memorial Park Drive Ferdinand Robinson threatened the victim with a firearm and demanded money. He then forced the victim to enter his vehicle and took them to another location before returning them to their home. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ferdinand Robinson is asked to call Fourth District detectives at 504-658-6040 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
