The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects in the investigation of a theft that occurred on July 18, 2024, in the 3700 block of Dauphine Street.
At about 5:00 p.m. on July 18, the two pictured unknown suspects allegedly entered a secured apartment complex without permission and stole the victim’s pictured bicycle, as well as a package containing the remains of a deceased person. The subjects then fled the scene.
