The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Anthony Thomas (pictured, black male, DOB: 09-16-1964) in the investigation of a simple burglary that occurred on August 6, 2023, in the 800 block of Iberville Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives have positively identified Thomas as the perpetrator who allegedly committed a simple burglary at a business located in the 800 block of Iberville Street on August 6. An arrest warrant was obtained for Thomas on one count of simple burglary.
Thomas is also wanted for unauthorized entry of a business in the investigation of a trespassing incident that occurred on August 14, 2023, in the 400 block of Saint Charles Avenue.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
