The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating a subject wanted in connection with an auto burglary in the Eighth District.
On July 14, 2023 at about 8:00 p.m., an auto burglary occurred in the 800 block of Perdido Street.
A front passenger side window was shattered and the suspect rummaged through the vehicle before fleeing on a black bicycle.
Through investigation, detectives positively identified the pictured, unidentified subject as the perpetrator in this incident.
He is described as a black male who was wearing a red Christmas-style hat with a black jacket, dark-colored jeans with a light-colored stripe.
