The NOPD is asking for help identifying a subject wanted in connection with a residential burglary in the Third District.
On July 31, 2023 at about 2:51 a.m., the pictured subject was seen on surveillance video entering the victim's garage in the 300 block of Wallace Drive and stealing a blue Schwinn adult tricycle.
