The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating a subject wanted in connection with a robbery, and identity theft investigation.
On July 29, 2023 at about 1:15 a.m., the victim reported that his cell phone was snatched out of his hand and his wallet was stolen while he was in the 800 block of Conti Street.
Through investigation, detectives determined that that pictured unknown subject is the perpetrator of the the theft of the wallet and was responsible for using the victim's credit cards to allegedly commit over $3,000 in fraudulent purchases.
