The NOPD is asking for the public's help in identifying a subject wanted in connection with an auto theft in the Eighth District.
On May 8, 2023, at about 7:05 a.m., an auto theft occurred in the 1100 block of Dauphine Street.
The victim left a 2017 Ford F-150 White in color unlocked with the engine running when the pictured, unknown black male entered the vehicle and fled to St. Martinville Parish where the vehicle in question was recovered in good condition.
