The NOPD is investigating a simple burglary incident that occurred on August 13, 2023, in the 600 block of LeBoeuf Street.
At about 3:23 a.m., the pictured unknown black male - believed to be approximately 55-60 years old with salt and pepper hair and a thin build and seen wearing a dark colored shirt, white shorts and a knee brace on his left knee - was observed in the victim's back yard holding bolt cutters at the time the victim's shed was burglarized.
