The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person of interest for questioning in the ongoing investigation of a homicide that occurred on July 14, 2022, in the 2800 block of North Rocheblave Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed Corey Carter (pictured, black male, DOB; 05-28-1976) as a person of interest. Carter is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
