The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for George McNeil (pictured, black male, DOB: 06-21-1964) in the investigation of an aggravated battery by cutting incident on July 23, 2021 at the intersection of Dumaine and North Prieur streets.
Through investigation, NOPD First District detectives determined that McNeil was the perpetrator in this incident who fled the location in the pictured black sedan.
