The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a vehicle and its occupant in the ongoing investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting on August 1, 2021 in the 1500 block of Tupelo Street.
The incident occurred at about 8:32 p.m. The suspect fled the scene in the pictured vehicle.
