NOPD VOWS, U.S. Marshals Arrest Suspect Wanted for Multiple Sexual Assaults

The NOPD’s Violent Offender Warrant Squad and the U.S. Marshals today (August 13, 2021) arrested Bobby K. Parker (pictured, black male, DOB: 03-21-1964) in the investigation of three sexual assault incidents.

Through investigation, NOPD Special Victims Section’s Sex Crime Unit detectives determined Parker to be the perpetrator in three sexual assault incidents dating back to 1993. Arrest warrants were obtained for Parker on multiple charges including two counts of first-degree rape, one count of second-degree rape and three counts of second-degree kidnapping.

NOPD VOWS and U.S. Marshals today located and arrested Parker without incident in the 1800 block of Saint Philip Street. He was booked accordingly into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
