The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Michael Rayford (pictured, black male, DOB; 12-13-1996) in the investigation of an aggravated battery on July 24, 2021 in the 1500 block of Laharpe Street.
Through investigation, NOPD First District detectives determined that at about 4:15 a.m., Rayford allegedly struck the victim in the face with a brick, causing serious injury to the victim.
Rayford is wanted on one count of aggravated second-degree battery.
