The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a package theft in the 1000 block of Upperline Street on July 17, 2019.
At about 6:33 p.m., the pictured unknown subject allegedly stole a package off of the victim’s porch which contained a case of diapers and baby wipes.
