The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of a theft by fraud incident that occurred on June 8, 2019.
On the date of the incident, the victim was in the 800 block of Esplanade Avenue when he discovered he was missing his debit card and government-issued credit card.
It was later discovered that the victim’s government-issued cred card was fraudulently used by the pictured subject at a Walmart store in Metairie, LA.
