The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Andrew Mecadel (pictured, DOB: 06-04-1989) in the investigation of an armed robbery that occurred on July 31, 2019 in the 14700 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
During the course of follow-up investigation, Mercadel was developed as a suspect and later positively identified as the perpetrator in this incident.
