The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate those responsible for a vehicle burglary in the 4700 block of Marigny Street on August 10, 2019.
At about 6:55 p.m., surveillance video captured footage of a white van pulling up in front of a residence in the block. An unknown black male was seen exiting the front passenger side of the van before burglarizing the victim’s vehicle.
