The NOPD is searching for Troy Richard (DOB: 03/03/85) for an aggravated battery incident that occurred on Friday, August 3, 2018.
At approximately 11 p.m., the below-pictured subject was involved in a verbal altercation with a known victim in the 7800 block of Shubert Street. During the course of the altercation, a fight ensued and Richard reportedly produced a firearm and struck the victim in the head with the weapon.
The victim sustained a large laceration to the head from this incident.
