Person of Interest, Suspect Vehicle Sought in Simple Burglary on Pratt Drive

NOPD officers have identified Terrence Martin (DOB: 04/20/1974) as a person of interest in a simple burglary incident that occurred in the 1700 block of Pratt Drive.

The victim told police that on August 9, 2018, his unoccupied residence was burglarized. The victim informed officers that his rear door was kicked in and multiple items were taken from his residence.

A witness reportedly observed two black male subjects pull into the victim’s driveway in a 2004 GMC Yukon, bearing Louisiana license plate #ZRK395. One of the subjects allegedly entered the victim’s rear yard and then returned to the vehicle with the lawn equipment that was taken from the victim’s property. The subject reportedly placed the lawn equipment inside of the vehicle and fled the scene.

Martin is not wanted in connection with the simple burglary incident. However, detectives believe he may have valuable information regarding the investigation.
