Today, the NOPD Violent Offender Warrant Squad and U.S. Marshals have arrested Zachary Bradford (DOB: 05/16/89) for second-degree rape.
On October 8, 2017, at about 2:45 a.m., officers learned that a 27-year-old female victim was sexually assaulted in the 700 block of Conti Street.
Through the course of the investigation, Bradford was identified as the perpetrator in the incident.
