The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two suspects wanted in connection with an aggravated assault with a firearm incident that occurred in the 3300 block of Short Street on July 25, 2018.
The victim told police that at about 11:35 a.m., she was sitting on the front porch of her home in the area when an unknown light-skinned black male wearing a baseball cap allegedly fired a handgun multiple times at her. The subject then reportedly fled the scene in a dark-colored sedan with a temporary license plate tag. The vehicle was reportedly driven by an unknown black female with a heavyset build.
