The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify an individual believed to be responsible for an auto burglary in the 1400 block of Holiday Place on July 31, 2018.
At about 3:34 a.m., the unknown pictured subject allegedly made entry into the victim’s black Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the block. The subject is seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and shorts.
