NOPD Searches for Subjects Wanted in First District Theft

The NOPD is searching for two subjects wanted in connection with a theft that occurred at the John McDonough High School in the 2400 block of Esplanade Avenue in the First District.

The incident occurred May 20, 2018. The wanted subjects are also suspected of involvement in a previous burglary that occurred at the same location on May 15, 2018.

The wanted subjects entered an unsecured construction site and stole various hand tools. The pictures of the female subject show several distinctive tattoos, including a skull on the inner lower right arm, a filigreed mirror motif on the upper outside right arm and a partial sleeve of birds on the left arm.

The photos of the male subject are less clear, but tattoos are also observed on his lower arms.

Anyone with information on this incident or the whereabouts and identity of the wanted subjects is asked to contact Detective Calvin Rogoff or any First District detective at 504-658-6010 or call Crimestoppers anonymously at 504-822-1111 and toll free at 1-877-903-7867.
