The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two subjects wanted in connection with a theft that occurred in the 600 block of Decatur Street on August 13, 2017.
The victim was inside of a business in the area and had placed her backpack style purse under her table. A short while later, she discovered her purse was missing.
The pictured males were observed quickly leaving the business in possession of the victim’s property. The incident was captured on surveillance video and confirmed the above black males were the perpetrators in this incident.
