The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating three unknown suspects who were seen on surveillance video removing an ATM from the Fast Stop Convenience Store on South Broad Street.

The burglary took place early this morning, (August 22), at around 4:23 a.m., in the 2700 block of South Broad Street. The three suspects broke into the store by backing and ramming a white Ford pickup truck into the store front several times. The suspects were then seen removing the ATM machine and placing it in the rear cargo area of a waiting van. The suspects then fled the area using both vehicles. Officers canvased the area and later located the white Ford pickup truck abandoned. The pickup truck had previously been reported stolen.

Surveillance video of the incident can be seen here https://youtu.be/CJBjCFWt1rA.
