The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a male subject that took off in a black and silver Trek bicycle on Royal Street.
The incident happened on August 24, 2017. At about 9:55 p.m., a black male subject wearing a #12 jersey, light shorts, and black shoes was seen on surveillance video entering a garage located in the 1400 block of Royal Street, and then removing the victim’s bicycle from the location.
The suspect was then seen fleeing the area toward Esplanade Avenue. The bicycle is describes as having a pink basket on the back.
