The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Ervin Stamand (DOB: 08-31-1962) after Stamand was found to have pawned a stolen bicycle.
On July 5, 2017, a bicycle theft occurred in the 300 block of Delaronde Street. During the course of investigation, detectives were able to develop Stamand as the subject who pawned the victim’s bicycle at an area pawn shop.
When located, Stamand will be arrested on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things.
