NOPD is looking for Jarrell “Doody” Stevenson (DOB: 3-3-1994) in connection with a simple robbery and battery in the 7200 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
The victim reported that Stevenson approached him on August 1, 2017, at approximately 12:20 p.m. and questioned him about money he had borrowed from him. The suspect then reportedly attacked the victim, knocking him to the ground and removing $300 from the victim's pocket. Stevenson also punched the victim in the face multiple times with a closed fist before fleeing the scene.
Stevenson is wanted for simple robbery, simple battery, a probation violation and a fugitive attachment from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
