The NOPD arrested Carnell Wright (DOB: 07-11-1982) in connection with a theft that occurred on August 8, 2017 in the 3900 block of Behrman Place.

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Carnell Wright (DOB: 07-11-1982) in connection with a theft that occurred on August 8, 2017 in the 3900 block of Behrman Place.
The victim told police that about 2:10 p.m., Wright used the victim’s vehicle to jump start his car and, while inside of the victim’s vehicle, Wright allegedly removed cash from the victim’s wallet and from a bank deposit bag.
