Suspect Identified, Wanted in Theft on Inwood Drive

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Ronald Stewart (DOB: 1/22/1985) after he was seen with another male subject removing property from a victim’s yard.

The incident happened on July 19, 2017.  At around 8:45 p.m., a witness observed the victim’s back fence located in the 3800 block of Inwood Drive being kicked down. The witness then observed the Stewart and another black male subject enter the yard and remove the victim’s generator, patio furniture.

Stewart was observed placing the property inside of a white Ford Taurus wagon bearing Louisiana license plate ZZR105.  Through the course of the investigation, Stewart was positively identified as the perpetrator.

Stewart also has outstanding warrants and attachments in Jefferson Parish.
