The NOPD Eighth District is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying two male suspects after they stole two scooters.
The incident happened on Friday, July 28, 2017. At about 3:25 p.m. two subjects took two Vespa scooters from the 900 block of Poeyfarre Street and placed them in the back of a pickup truck before driving off. One scooter is described as being white bearing an LA license plate of MC556852. The second scooter is described as being black bearing an LA license plate of MC556853.

One of the wanted subjects is also believed to be connected to two other scooter theft investigations. The same subject is known to hang in the Sixth District area near Magnolia and 4th Streets.
