Shooting on Leboeuf Street Leaves One Man Dead

NOPD is investigating a homicide that occurred tonight (Aug. 9) in the Fourth District.

 

Shortly before 7 p.m. NOPD responded to a call of an unknown male lying in the street in the 800 block of Leboeuf Street. Upon arrival they found a black male in his early 30s suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital and later expired.

 

The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office determines the official cause of death and identifies victims.
