The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a person of interest regarding an auto theft incident that happened on August 1, 2017.
At around 7:15 p.m., an unknown black male subject was observed walking in the 300 block of Julia Street in the garage prior to the auto theft. The unknown black male was observed wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
The vehicle is described as a 2006 Chevy Impala Red in color bearing a license plate (LA) 574AIP. The vehicle is also described as having dark tinted windows.
