The NOPD is looking for a suspect wanted in connection with a burglary in the 800 block of Frenchmen Street.
On July 28, 2017, at approximately 6:09 a.m. a shirtless white male was observed scaling the backyard fence of a residence. The suspect was captured on video as he placed several tools on top of the fence and began to climb back over the wall to the street. A neighbor startled the suspect and he fled the area on an orange bicycle.
It was later discovered that an outdoor shed in the backyard had a damaged door latch and there were items missing from the storage unit.
The suspect is described as a tan white male with dark curly hair, approximately 30 years old and he was carrying a green backpack.
