The NOPD is seeking to locate a suspect in the investigation of theft by access device fraud that occurred on April 25, 2023, in the 1600 block of Jo Ann Place.
At about 2:45 p.m., 20-year-old Jada Funches, allegedly entered the victim’s home and removed a video system and accessories. Funches also utilized the victim’s Cash app card to transfer money without permission.
