The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a vehicle burglary that occurred on April 17, 2023, in the 4400 block of Duplessis Street.
At about 3:21 a.m., the pictured unknown subject wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and dark pants burglarized a vehicle at the location.
