The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating a subject wanted in connection with an identity theft and possession of stolen property investigation.
On March 27, 2023, at about 2:00a.m., the victim reported the theft of his Hyundai Kona from the 5100 block of Touro Street.
Later, the above pictured subject, was captured on surveillance video, allegedly utilizing the victim's credit card.
