The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a subject wanted in connection with a theft in the First District.
Samuel Johnson, (pictured, black male DOB: 7-6-1977) is being sought in connection with an incident on April 3, 2023 in the 400 block of N. Carrollton Avenue.
Initial reports show Johnson allegedly stole items from a business at the location around 12:30p.m. He is wanted on charges of theft less than $1,000.00.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
