Wanted Suspects Identified by NOPD in Sixth District Incident

The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Johnquil Kelley (pictured at left, black female, DOB: 12-29-1996) and for Alexis Linor (pictured at right, black female, DOB: 09-13-1997) in the investigation of an incident that occurred on April 23, 2022, in the 1100 block of Saint Mary Street.

In this incident, two black female subjects arrived at a business and refused to leave, committing battery upon multiple employees and patrons. Through investigation, NOPD Sixth District detectives developed and positively identified Kelley and Linor as the perpetrators and obtained arrest warrants on charges of disturbing the peace, trespassing and multiple counts of simple battery.
