The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph Scott (pictured, black male, DOB; 09-21-2001) in the investigation of a domestic aggravated assault incident that occurred on April 26, 2022, in the 700 block of Hebert Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District have determined that the victim and Scott were engaged in a verbal altercation. During the altercation, Scott allegedly struck the victim multiple times with his fist before reportedly producing a firearm and threatening to harm the victim. Scott then allegedly fled the scene in a red Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
