Person of Interest Sought for Questioning in NOPD Investigation of 2020 Homicide

The NOPD is seeking to locate for questioning an individual identified as a person of interest In the ongoing investigation of a homicide on August 22, 2020 in the 200 block of Baronne Street.

Shawn Breaux (pictured, black male, DOB: 12-15-1991) has been identified as a person of interest in this investigation. Breaux is not currently wanted regarding this investigation. However, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives feel that he has knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
