NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Rochard Jones (pictured; DOB:10-5-92), who is wanted in connection to a shooting incident that occurred on April 17, 2021.
At around 2:00 p.m., two people were sitting inside of a vehicle at an apartment complex located in the 7000 block of Martin Drive when a subject, believed to be Rochard Jones, began shooting a weapon toward the vehicle. As a result, one of the occupants sustained a gunshot wound to the body.
