The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Ryan Reed (pictured, black male, DOB: 06-06-1991) in the investigation of an armed robbery incident involving a kidnapping on April 14, 2021 in the 4900 block of Spain Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives developed and positively identified Reed as the perpetrator in this incident and secured a warrant for Reed’s arrest. Charges include armed robbery, second-degree kidnapping and felon in possession of a firearm
