The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of theft of copper gutters that occurred on April 24, 2020.
At approximately 6:30 a.m., the pictured subject was seen on surveillance video removing a copper gutter from a business in the 900 block of St. Louis Street. About 15 minutes later, the same subject was seen again on surveillance video removing a copper gutter from the side of a building in the 600 block of St. Philip Street.
